Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. The first fifteen minute call costs nothing and carries no obligation. It is there so you can ask questions and see whether we feel like the right fit.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same day. Messages sent late in the evening or at the weekend are answered the next working day.
Do I need to know which therapy I need?
No. Most people do not, and working that out is our job rather than yours. Tell us what is going on in your own words and we will suggest the approach and the therapist.
