Start with one free conversation.
You can talk to us before you spend anything. After that the fees are simple. Most of what we do is one clear rate, whichever therapist you see in Fareham or online, and you save when you book a course of sessions.

A confidential space to be heard and to work things through at your own pace, whether you come on your own or with your partner. Book six and save £36.

Applies to: counselling for adults and young people, including bereavement, anxiety, low mood, confidence and relationships. All prices include VAT.
Hypnotherapy
One clear rate for hypnotherapy
The same straightforward rate whichever hypnotherapist you see, and whether you come to Fareham or meet online.
Pay per session, or save on a course of six
Pay as you go with nothing committed in advance, or book six sessions and save £36. Most people find lasting change inside a focused course rather than a single appointment.

Nothing to pay to begin with
Two ways in, both free. Say what is going on, ask anything you like, and find out which therapy and which therapist would suit you before you commit to anything.
Free 15 minute call
A short, confidential conversation about what is happening. We will tell you honestly what would help, including if that is not us.
Free initial consultation
A longer sit-down with your therapist to decide together what would help. Available for every therapy except counselling.
EMDR
EMDR, for trauma and what will not shift
For trauma, PTSD, panic and anxiety, where talking alone has not moved things. Delivered as a short course shaped around you rather than open-ended.
EMDR Therapy
Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing, with a trained EMDR practitioner.
Hypno-EMDR Therapy
The same reprocessing work, done in a relaxed and focused state. Useful when a memory feels overwhelming.
Course of four sessions
Either approach, booked as a course. Saves £24 against four single sessions.
CBT
CBT and Hypno-CBT
Structured, practical work on the patterns keeping something going now. Priced at the same rate as hypnotherapy, so choosing between them is about what suits you rather than what it costs.
Single session
50 minutes, CBT or Hypno-CBT, in Fareham or online.
Super session
1 hour 15 minutes, for when you want longer to get into something.
Six sessions
Booked as a course. CBT tends to work best over a focused run of sessions.

We do not charge more for one than the other, and we do not charge less. It is the same therapist and the same hour, and the room costs us the same whether you use it or not.

Online, anywhere in the UK
From your own front room, by secure video. Useful if you are working, travelling, or would simply rather not sit in a waiting room.
