Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The 15 minute call is completely free and there's no obligation to book any sessions afterwards. We don't take payment details.
Who will I speak to?
An experienced therapist from the Fareham Counselling Centre team. They'll listen, answer your questions and suggest the therapy and therapist most likely to suit you.
What if I don't know what's wrong or what I need?
That's completely fine and very common. You don't need the right words or a diagnosis. Just tell us what's going on and we'll help you work it out.
Can I book for my child or my partner?
Yes. We work with adults, couples, and children and young people from age 7. Book the call and tell us who it's for.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share stays with us, within professional and legal guidelines, which we'll explain if you have any questions.
